Thomas Weisel Partners Canada has appropriate privacy agreements in place with NBCN.
Thomas Weisel Partners Canada is also required to share your personal information upon
written request with various government agencies, Securities Commissions and
industry Self Regulatory Organizations, such as the Investment Dealers
Association of Canada, Market Regulation Services, the Mutual Fund Dealers
Association of Canada, Bourse de Montreal and the Canadian Investor Protection
