M&A Advisory
Since inception, we have advised buyers and sellers in many industries on amalgamations, tender offers, hostile takeovers, defense tactics, spin-offs, minority buy-ins and special situations, for over $1.5 billion of M&A transactions.           

Public Equity
We have raised over $9.8 billion since inception for Canadian, U.K., Australian and U.S. companies in a wide range of industries. We have raised funds from institutional accounts in Canada, Europe and the United States on an agency and bought-deal basis.        

Private Equity / Mezzanine Financing
We have arranged over $250 million in early-stage venture capital, private equity and mezzanine transactions over the past three years and maintain strong relationships with private capital providers in Canada and the U.S.
